I seldomly write reviews but believe one should give honour where honour is due. We decided last year to redo the floors of our house in Somerset West with wooden flooring. We initially went to Oggie Flooring in Paardeneiland but did not really get the “good customer experience” that I was expecting. Some samples were mailed to us, but there was no real follow up or advise as to what will work in our house. My wife spotted a Lalegno truck in Somerset West and contacted their warehouse for us to come and inspect some samples. We were introduced to Gareth Birley who helped us from the start and assisting us in choosing the right product/colour for our house. Gareth came to our house twice (in addition to us going there twice) with samples and suggestions and pulled other Lalegno team members in to assist us in picking the right product. At no point did we feel forced to pick any specific product or settle for something we did not want. I can highly recommend Gareth to assist anyone who is considering installing floors with Lalegno and would ask for him directly. I told Gareth I previously had a bad experience with contractors who came out to do a job and just leaving the place in an absolute mess and not even consider cleaning. Gareth personally came out to our house to ensure everything was tidy and that I was satisfied with the end result before the installers left the premises. One thing I also liked about Lalegno is that they use their own installation teams (my understanding from my engagement with Oggie is that they used subcontractors which I didn’t really like). Tubs and his Lalegno installation team did brilliant work in installing the floors in our house. I suppose I would have been equally happy with a product from a competitor, but the selling point is definitely the positive customer experience we received from Gareth, Tubs and the Lalegno team. Thank you.

Outstanding service, our house is not square but this team did miracles to make the floors perfect. They work really hard and the workmanship is outstanding. Definitely recommend, quality beyond expectation.
